Finding the perfect gift for your loved ones at Christmas time is always challenging. Amongst all the clutter of gadgets competing for attention we knew we would have to create an emotional connection that puts cameras at the top of shoppers minds when they are picking their gifts.


'More than a gift' was a simple idea making sure Nikon was not just taking photographs but creating a future full of memories. The fully integrated campaign was run across, TV, print, digital and in‑store.

For Nikon's More than a Gift campaign I created a CGI Christmas present. The cameras were packshot separately using the settings from the 3D application and then I composited them into the image.

Nikon were launching a groundbreaking new system designed from the ground up, this was no ordinary camera, this was their biggest release in 15 years. Nikon 1 is the new brand name for the introduction with a new brand vision: Effortlessly capture and share images and videos that live.
